Research, Repression and Freedom: A Conversation with David Austin.

On February 2, 2016, the History Watch Project co-sponsored the event “Research, Repression and Freedom: A Conversation with David Austin” with the Institute of African Studies at Carleton University.  The event was hosted by CBC’s Adrian Harewood.

The event was filled to capacity, and attendees stayed well over two hours to listen to a fascinating conversation about race, politics, knowledge and power in Montreal, Canada.
